RGTC was variety show where up and coming rock bands played hour long sets that were broadcast live simultaneously on television and radio mostly from small venues on college campuses. Lots of great bands performed on the show before catching their big breaks (The Stranglers, The Cars, The Boomtown Rats, AC/DC, The Specials and so many more).
Bruford’s band features some serious jazz heads, including Allan Holdsworth, Jeff Berlin, and Dave Stewart. Pretty exciting to see all these cats on one stage!
