Congratulations! And as a subscriber, I’m pretty happy with the 2012 offerings as well. I wish I could say the same thing about 2013… Alas, the bait of the D’Angelo release is simply so unappealing that I plan to take 2013 off. Best of luck in the new year LITAns!

  2. i’m the reissue editor at elmore. thin lizzy’s 1st album is the lead reissue feature in upcoming jan/feb issue. have featured a ton of your stuff in the past, including rodriguez, packy axton, country funk, to name but a few. just got a copy of the 1972 family dogg album “view from rowlands head”; features 6 rodriguez songs. imagine that! wouldn’t be a bad choice for a future lita title…happy holidays!

Reread my post above. To be clear, I have nothing but great things to say about the LITA 2012 subscription. I’ve enjoyed the hell of of it and it brought much anticipated sides as well as a few that I knew nothing about, but find myself spinning all the time. Seriously, who would have ever thought that the Emmersons record would be that fantastic? You guys deserve all the accolades you get and I’d expect you’ll be reading quite a few as the year ends.
