Whoa! Our heads are spinning over here! Finally the Sugar Man has left underdog status and started getting some props! If you haven’t already, check out the movie (available on Blu-Ray & DVD) and cop the sound track at LightInTheAttic.net!
We’ve also got some cool Rodriguez Tee’s available at LITA-LTD – check em out! Remember, Rodriguez receives royalties for each sale, so don’t be shy!

So is Sixto finally recieving royalties from record / cd’s, tee shirt sales from the new found interest in his music?
I just read he is getting royalties. Missed thhhat the first time.
I walked into Lincoln Plaza Cinemas to see this film without knowing a single thing about it. It blew me away. I cried my eyes out, tremendously moved, and left that theater feeling uplifted, grateful, optimistic, happy. How many films can you say that about? It is so very unfortunate that the marketing has now told so much of the story that at least 50% of its impact is dissipated before anyone gets into the theater or puts the DVD in their player.
