Everybody in Seattle has to some degree or another been smarting from the downward spiral of the newspaper business as the Seattle P-I shrinks in the process of fading away. Well, we aren’t the only ones, the newspaper biz is a failing entity right now and a few of the greats are passing to the dark side.
We’ve always had a lot of support from the writers and the Entertainment staff of these papers and we’d just like to send our regards to people who are being effected by these dramatic changes. It’s strange times for print media and we’re going to be seeing a lot of losses.
So we’d like to tip our hat and bid a fond farewall to these papers so far:
The San Francisco Chronicle
The Rocky Mountain News
and of course (though the axe hasn’t fallen just yet)
The Seattle P-I
