At 2pm this Sunday, August 1, Brooks Museum in Memphis will be screening Wheedle’s Groove, with director Jennifer Maas in attendance for an introduction and Q&A session. If you’re having a little deja vu moment, it’s because Wheedle’s Groove first premiered in Memphis in October 2009 at the Indie Memphis Film Festival, where it won the Audience Award. We want to give a big thank you to our friend Andria Lisle, who penned the liner notes for Lou Bond and the forthcoming Jim Sullivan release, for making this screening happen.
We’d love to see you Memphis. Come on, get into the Groove!
