LIGHT IN THE ATTIC AND NOISE FOR THE NEEDY TOGETHER AT LAST

Noise for the Needy is an amazing project. A five-day, Seattle-based music festival bringing together some of the coolest bands you’ve ever heard of (more about that later) at venues all over Seattle, all in the name of charity. The proceeds from this music bonanza will be contributed to Urban Rest Stop, “a clean, safe and welcoming facility where individuals and families can come and use restrooms, shower and laundry facilities. All services are provided at no cost to patrons.”

They’ve asked Light In The Attic to be one of the sponsors for the event and we couldn’t be happier.

Especially with this goddamn fantastic line-up of musicians. To name a few, ahem:

THE BLACK ANGELS w/ THE WARLOCKS

June 11th @ Neumos

TALIB KWELI w/ COMMON MARKET

June 15th @ The Showbox Market

TWO GALLANTS w/ THE QUIET ONES

June 12th @ The Tractor Tavern

MATT & KIM w/ YACHT, THE FERAL CHILDREN

June 14th @ Neumos

As well as Lesbian, D. Black, The Maldives, Partman Parthorse, Boat, Math & Physics Club … and on and on and on.

Just a taste kiddies, just a taste. For the full line-up head on over to www.noisefortheneedy.org.

Good music, great charity – be there, or be a apathetic jerk.  We kid … sort of.
